| The end of 2011 is coming, but before we celebrate New Year's Eve, don't forget about Christmas!!! This year, TYPEA wants to invite everyone to come out to our FIRST Wine&Cheese Christmas Party! All you need to do is bring a bottle of your favourite wine and complimenta...ry items to your wine. Prepare a little explanation as to why you choose the specific wine and food. Then you can enjoy yourself in an evening full of tasteful wine and meet some new friends! Whether you are a member of TYPEA or not, if you bring a bottle of wine, the admission fee is $5. If you are a member of TYPEA and shows up without wine, it's ok! You pay $20 and you can come enjoy others' wine. If you are a non-member showing up without wine, it's ok! The $30 you pay will get you a membership and allows you to join us for a fun night. Feel free to bring your wine glasses and dress up fashionably and stylish! In March 2011, we will have an information session and group orientation with mentors and mentees, so everyone can learn details on their roles, responsibilities and network. Our objective is to provide senior university students, graduate students, new graduates and young professionals an opportunity to meet experienced professionals or entrepreneurs in their field of interest, gain insight into various career paths, and establish long-term relationships with valuable contacts. TYPEA president was honoured to participate in a similar program last year and had gained tremendous experience from it. It is a wonderful program you cannot miss out!
